This privacy notice explains how ChartMaster collects and uses personal data for the ChartMaster Trading Competition. REVIEW THIS TEMPLATE WITH QUALIFIED COUNSEL BEFORE LAUNCH (e.g. Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012).

## What we collect
- Account details: full name, display name, email, country and optional mobile number.
- Trading account details: broker, MT5 login number, server, account currency and declared starting balance.
- Trading reports you upload (MT5 CSV files).

## What we never collect
We never ask for your MT5 password, investor password or broker login credentials.

## How we use it
To verify eligibility, calculate competition results, contact you about the competition and publish privacy-safe leaderboard statistics (display name, broker and permitted performance figures only).

## Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data via Help & Support (category: Privacy). Some records may be retained where required for audit, dispute resolution or legal obligations.

Data retention

Approved reports and audit records are kept for at least 24 months after the competition ends, then deleted or anonymised unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
